Kannegiesser offered a comprehensive overview of "The World of Laundry Technology" to an increasingly international audience during this year's Texcare International 2012. Interesting and high quality conversations with existing and new business partners from around the world did underline this fact.
Kannegiesser's main focus this year at Texcare International was the representation of information, suggestions and concrete examples of successful system planning and gradual modernization as well as the continued efficiency increase of the entire laundry process.
The ability to set priorities while integrating various technology areas was one of the main goals. Accordingly, a cross-section of all areas of modern laundry technology was demonstrated. Further examples of logistics data and information management, intelligent transport and sorting technology, and practical resource management (energy and water) were also displayed.
In machine technology, Kannegiesser presented further developments and extraordinary progress in all areas: the PowerTrans series batch washers are further optimized- in terms of overall performance, increased flexibility and decreased operating costs - resulting in the new series Kannegiesser PowerTrans PLUS.
The world premiere presentation of the self-optimizing centrifugeal spin extractor PowerSpin PLUS and the introduction of the new transfer dryer PowerDry.II with the highly efficient ECO2Power technology created a great amount of interest amongst all visitors.
In the flat linen processing section new logistical connections were made possible with the stack management system "Vectura". The presentation of the new feeding machine EMT/EMQ- Synchro with a laundry optimized servo drive - which was also demonstrated as a 1:1 model - illustrated the advantages of this new lay-down technology in an impressive manner to a multitude of enthusiastic visitors.
The introduction of the new HighPower Series HPM.II, which includes an electro polished ironing surface as well as the innovative new ironer spring KannPress PLUS, further enhances the overall performance, lowest energy consumption, and excellent reliability and finishing quality. The 1:1 stainless steel heating band model used in the High Power Series application was again a focal point for our consumers and clearly illustrated the benefits of this technology for our customers.
In addition to global issues such as data management in the entire laundry service and overall resource management, Kannegiesser demonstrated in a different area the advantages of folding robots and appropriate sorting solutions. All visitors were offered a comprehensive look at "The Whole World of Laundry Equipment."
Texcare International 2012 left visitors and the Kannegiesser Team with the impression of total accomplishment. A sound preparation for the exhibition, teamwork and an innovative product spectrum showed all visitors why Kannegiesser continues to be "The Leader in Laundry Technology."
