Unfortunately, in individual cases we are dependent on the regional situation on site and cannot guarantee, for example, for deliveries in quarantine areas. Here we strongly recommend you check your spare parts stock and, if necessary supplement it. In this context, we want to remind you of our individually designed spare parts kits for each machine. These kits contain a combination of parts defined in close cooperation of design, service and our customers ensuring the highest possible availability for your machines. If, for local or operational reasons, a visit by a Kannegiesser technician is not desired or possible, we are prepared to provide telephone assistance through our already strengthened technical support.
