Kannegiesser attaches great importance to the personnel development sector. Each of our employees contributes to our corporate success and gets involved in the company with their individual ideas. So, our employees are the key to our success. Therefore we strive to offer our employees the chance of further professional development and of continuous expansion of their knowledge. Our focus is not on knowledge acquisition alone but also on the expansion of social and intercultural competences in order to prepare our employees for new challenges in a target-oriented way.

However, our personnel development concept does not only offer further training for specialists and managers, but is directed at all employees. Our number one corporate objective is to qualify our staff as a whole. In particular, intradepartmental knowledge transfer and the synergetic effects resulting therefrom are of enormous importance to our company.
